Hello. Last week I purchased a teddy bear puppy (chloe) for my sons birthday,its our third puppy from you . I just wanted to let you both know that my son was so excited and surprised when I brought her home. We have named her " Isabella " and I can't tell you how much we already love her. We took her to our vet on Friday and he thought she was beautiful,the prettiest markings he'd ever seen,she was 2.5 lbs.She is really doing great with crate training,has made no mistakes in her crate,and barks when she needs to go out,for a puppy her age,9 weeks,she is really doing well,I am really pleased with her.She is also getting along good with the other dogs,she likes the goldens the best and they play really well together.I will be sending you a picture of her soon,it's really cute.I have had no problems with her having a sugar attack,she eats really well and we are kinda on a schedule with feeding. Please make sure that Laura sees this email,I know how much she liked her and believe me,she has a really good home here,I know that she will feel better knowing that she is doing so well. I just wanted to send you an email to tell everyone how much we are enjoying our Toy Yorkie puppy named Julie (now renamed Gracie). She was checked by our vet two days after we bought her from Vernon and he was amazed at how healthy she was, especially for her 1.9 lb size. She has really become a very important part of our family. We will be sending you a photo for your wall in the near future. Thank you for making our purchase such a pleasant and learning experience. We are a dog loving family Several years ago my daughter had to stop at Vernon's just to look. As a result of that stop our family now has 5 shih-tzu's. My grandaughter has 2, a male and a female. She just got married and her "royal pups" were in the wedding. Our grandson and his wife also have two. As a result of all of those stops at Berlin Pets, Pap and I have one too,. Of course, ours is the best. Only kidding. She is very spoiled and very loved as are the other four. I would highly recommen Vernon and his crew to anyone who wants an adorable pet. They are very well taken care of and Vernon is very fair in his treatment of his clients.

Vernon, I just want to let you know that Tucker is doing very well. The vet said he is a very healthy puppy and that everything is good. We just love him. It is Victoria Casey (live in Virginia) I just want to forward a picture of the Yorkie we purchased from you on May 26, 2011, when we came to Ohio to visit family. Tim's dad and mom brought us to the pet store because they has purchased from you as well. His name was Riley but we have named him Bentley. Do you remember him? He has been a joy to us. Our testimony My daughter wanted a puppy for her birthday.& After much research, I took the trip down to Berlin pets to check out what they had.&I fell in love with a little Toy Yorkie immediately.& Her name was Princess.&After much debate, I left the store without her (because she was probably too small for the ages of my children: 4,6,8).& That night I just could not stop thinking about her and how well the dogs were taken care of at Berlin Pets.&They were all very happy, clean and every time one of them had an accident, Vernon was there mopping it up.& Two days later, after not much sleep, I went back to Berlin Pets.& I fell in love with another little sweetheart named Diamond.& She was a Yorkie Poo.& She wouldn't get much bigger than a Toy Yorkie, but she was adorable and we connected!& I never put her down.&Vernon set me up with a crate, food (which lasted us a month) and a care guide.& He was so helped, I even called a month and a half later with a question and he was eager to help (forgot what type of dog food she was eating).& The kids love her, we renamed her Lucy.& She is so smart and is perfect for our family!!! just wanted to let everyone if you are looking for a puppy Berlin pets is the place to go. i got one from there in December as a Christmas present he is a Yorkie shon and he is a joy. very healthy and playful. and Vernon was so helpful and friendly to deal with. if you are looking for a small breed puppy that is the place to go they treat you like a friend Vernon is very nice to work with in picking out the right puppy for you. if i ever want another puppy that is the only place i will go.

Our puppy :)

We planned a morning to go to breakfast and decided to stop in Berlin to look at puppies just for fun. After the puppy fell asleep in my arms and after Vernon spoke of how well taken care of the puppies were and how much love and compassion he demonstrated towards the puppies we knew we had to get her. After her first check up at the vet we realized how much time and dedication Vernon takes on too take care and raising his pups due to the vet's statement of how organized her medical history paperwork was and how well taken care of she was... I would highly recommend a puppy from Vernon. Our Izzy is now 12 weeks old and we could not be happier. Thank you Vernon!!!

love my bulldog boy from vernon

My name is tyler schlauch and I bought a pretty handsome boy bulldog from vernon he is very healthy as is with all of his dogs and loves to play play play. We have a yorkie and they get along great. I will from now on go to vernon for my puppies. Vernon is very curtious and friendly. He is always open for questions and will give u answers. He is a very helpful person along with his family. Puppies are clean and well kept. I reccommend vernon and his families puppies to anyone.

We cannot say enough about the professionalism and compassion at Berlin Pets. We were given the opportunity to take a puppy for a day to see if our grandaughter was allergic to him. Unfortunately, she was allergic to the sweet, adoreable Yorkie. Yes, Vernon allowed us to return the puppy and receive a full refund. If not for the allergy situation, we definitely would have kept him. These puppies are so well taken care of and the integrity of the business owner is wonderful. He could not have done more to help us possibly give our grandaughter her dream of a puppy. After having ruger for a week long we have already had so much fun with him!!!!!!! when we brought him home he was a very excited puppy!!!we renamed him hayder witch is indain for lion . we took him to the vet and they said he is a VERY healthly puppy .our new puppy brings joy to anyone who walks into our house and everyone that he has met so far we are very happy with him and couldnt ask for a better dog . he is so playful and loveable in everyway thank you so much for all your help and concern about our dog

We stopped in your shop 3 years ago to look at your dogs and left we a Morkie named Lulu. We had never had a house dog but now she is the boss of the house and the love of our life!!! Vern your place of business is the cleanest and best kept that I have ever been in and your dogs are very healthy and smart. You gave us excellent advice for training and taking care of Lulu.
